Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, Thursdays 8-7pm
RECEIVING ASSISTANT
1. Description: Assists with receiving donations, weighing and documenting accordingly.
2. Time Commitment: At least four (4) hours one day per week
FOOD SORTERS
1. Description: Assist with marking and sorting donated goods.
2. Time Commitment: At least 2-4 hours one day per week
DRIVER
1. Description: Assists with picking up food donations on scheduled route utilizing RCS Food Bank vehicle.
2. Available Openings – To be determined
The Haven of RCS
General Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. Emergency Safe House hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
INJUNCTION ROOM ASSISTANT
1. Description: Meet one-on-one with victims of Domestic Violence and assist them with completion of injunction paperwork (restraining orders) as well as provide available resources.
2. Available Opportunities: TBD – Injunction Rooms are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
GROUP CO-FACILITATOR
1. Description: Assist Staff with facilitation of weekly group sessions centered on Domestic Violence.
2. Time Commitment: One night per week, typically from 6pm- 8pm (subject to change)
RCS Grace House
General Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm
CLEANING AND ORGANIZING DONATIONS
1. Description: Assist with cleaning offices and organizing donations received.
2. Time Commitment: Flexible. Operating Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-5pm
RCS Thrift Store
Operating Hours: Monday through Saturday, 8:30am-4:30pm
RECEIVING/SORTING/PRICING/DISPLAYING
1. Description: Assist with receiving and sorting donations. Could also assist with pricing/displaying merchandise.
2. Time Commitment: Flexible. Operating Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9-4:30pm
RCS Administration Office
Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30pm
CLEANING, ORGANIZING, GENERAL CLERICAL WORK
1. Description: Assist with light, general cleaning, organizing, and clerical duties.
2. Time Commitment: Flexible. Operating Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30-4:30pm
FUNDRAISING/EVENT PLANNING
1. Description: Host your own fundraising event for RCS or help us plan and coordinate hours.
2. Time Commitment: Flexible
ONGOING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

1. Host a food or collection drive in your church, congregation, business, civic group, school, etc.
2. Time Commitment: Flexible
