The RCS Board is made up of active and retired business people and members of the community interested in serving the needs of people in Pinellas County. The board is comprised of volunteers. The Board oversees all RCS programs and sets policies for the organization. Board meetings are on the fourth Wednesday of every other month at 7:30 a.m. at the RCS Executive Offices.
